Chantelle is the founder and principal of Darby PR and based in San Francisco, CA. Since founding her consultancy in 2012, she's launched companies including Beepi, Luxe Valet, Rhumbix and Sprig, and consulted with technology standouts Collective Health, Color Genomics, venture capital firm, Greylock Partners and helped to launch Sheryl Sandberg's game-changing book, "Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead".
Prior to consulting, Chantelle was an early employee at Yelp. Based in New York, she oversaw East Coast communications and was responsible for Yelp's international rollout: launching its first 6 countries outside the U.S. She also played an integral role in managing and supporting communications for Yelp's 2012 IPO. Chantelle has worked at PR agencies Bite Communications and AlexanderOgilvy where she ran public relations campaigns for enterprise technology companies including Applied Materials, AMD and Sun Microsystems.
A graduate of The University of St Andrews in Scotland, Chantelle lives in San Francisco with her husband, baby daughter, Bridget and three rescue dogs: Smokey, Seamus and MacGregor.
